Rates

Couples Counseling: $160 for the first two sessions, $150 for all following sessions

Individual Counseling: $160 for the intake assessment, $140 for all following sessions
All sessions are 55 minutes in length.
If you would like to meet for an extended session, rates are prorated based on the above amounts.
If price is a limiting factor in your care, please reach out to ask about any openings at a reduced rate.
These spots are held for those who are financially unable to receive care at the above rates.
Payment will be charged to the credit card kept on file. In addition, you could use your HSA or FSA account to cover the cost of services.
Insurance
Out of Network Provider
At this time I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. I am happy to provide you with a "superbill" or receipt of services that you can file with your insurer for reimbursement if your plan allows. When contacting your insurance company, you can ask about their reimbursement for the following CPT (procedure) codes: 90791 intake; 90837 individual session; 90847 couples session.
You also have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.
